This gorgeous Large Ocean Jasper Sphere measures 9.2cm in diameter and displays a unique orb pattern with stunning swirls of khaki green, bluish-white, and greyish-black orange, alongside caramel-brown and cream hues. 

This piece is mostly smooth to the touch with high quality polishing upon its surface, but it also features some areas where the rough inner crystal is exposed.  These stunning sections have an alluring sparkling effect that complements the dreamy swirls, streaks and orbs dotted across its surface.

Sourced from the North East shores of Madagascar, this mineral also goes by the name of Orbicular Jasper.

Orbicular Jasper displays stunning banded patterns and swirls and streaks of colour alongside its brilliantly colourful orbs. 

The distinctive orb pattern present in the crystal is caused by circular Quartz inclusions, and these orbs can be very colourful.

Although Ocean Jasper is only found in Madagascar, there are other types of Orbicular Jaspers that can be found worldwide, including Kambaba Jasper and King Cobra Jasper.
